What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Assembly & Testing (40%): Perform general product assembly, repackaging, relabeling, and operational testing on the assembly line and in the lab. Conduct specialized product testing against ASME PASE and B30.1 standards as needed.
- Data & Process Management (25%): Fill out, track, and manage all testing data to ensure accurate quality control logs. Proactively offer suggestions to optimize assembly processes and elevate product quality.
- Workspace Maintenance (20%): Maintain assembly line equipment and keep the laboratory and work environment clean, safe, and organized.
- Cross-Functional Support (15%): Provide hands-on assistance across warehouse, lab, and office operations whenever team needs arise.

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in product assembly, quality testing, or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with mechanical testing standards (ASME PASE, B30.1 experience preferred) and basic data entry/record-keeping tools.
